Because every bear is handmade, slight variations in colour, placement, or design may occur compared to the product images shown. These small differences are part of what makes each bear unique and special.

Personalisation

Please ensure all personalisation details provided at checkout (such as names, dates) are correct, as we create each product based on the information you supply. Once an order is confirmed, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Safety Notice

Our bears are designed as keepsakes and decorative gifts. They are not intended to be placed in a baby’s crib or sleeping area. Please ensure the bear is kept out of reach during sleep to follow safe sleep practices and avoid any risk of suffocation or overheating.

Returns and Customer Satisfaction

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order or if you are not happy with your bear, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will do our best to resolve any concerns and ensure you're completely satisfied with your experience.

Processing times for personalised bears typically range from 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and chosen delivery method. Stitch & Snuggle Co is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers once your order has been dispatched.
